As the Chief Executive Officer/Consultant of JemmaT Consult, a private investigator, Intelligence analyst and risk advisory firm focused on delivering practical security solutions for a changing world. I brings over 10 years of professional experience in law enforcement, where I served in diverse operational and strategic roles, gaining deep insight into crime prevention, intelligence, investigations, and security management

Williams Olanrewaju Olubukola served with the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency - NDLEA for over a decade of law enforcement experience across operational and strategic roles. I also received specialized training from the Drug Enforcement Administration - DEA (USA), the National Crime Agency - NCA (UK), and the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime - UNODC. Also a member of the United States Africa Command (USAFRICOM), where I received certifications and was awarded a tactical coin as part of a Tactical/SWAT team. During my service, I developed high-level intelligence that contributed to several successful international operations.

Throughout my law enforcement career, I participated in international trainings and capacity building programs, equipping me with global best practices in security operations, risk assessment, and threat mitigation. This exposure strengthened my ability to analyze complex security environments and design solutions that are both proactive and adaptable.

In addition to my security background, I have strong information technology (IT) experience, enabling me to bridge the gap between physical security and modern digital systems. My understanding of technology enhances JemmaT Consult’s approach to surveillance systems, data-driven security planning, and integrated security solutions.

As CEO, I am known for my discipline, integrity, and strategic thinking, combining field experience with innovation to help individuals, organizations, and institutions protect their people, assets, and operations. My leadership philosophy is rooted in professionalism, continuous learning, and the belief that effective security must evolve alongside emerging risks.
